Delivery
Delivery methods, terms and prices:
Buying > € 100 – delivery FREE
Buying < € 100 – delivery costs from € 3
Lithuanian Post priority, registered parcel – within 3-5 working days (€ 3.00);
Omniva post office – within 1-3 working days (€ 3,50);
LP Express post office – within 1-3 working days (€ 3,50).
We aim to deliver all goods within 1-3 working days. In exceptional cases (e.g. before long
holidays, such as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year, Easter) the order deadline may be extended
by an additional 1-14 working days, but the responsible employee shall inform the Customer of such exception by phone or
by e-mail.
If the Customer does not collect the goods on time and they are returned to the Seller, then the Customer is obliged to pay the
delivery charges.
Exchanges and returns
Unsatisfactory goods can be returned within 30 days, after informing the reason for the return by email:
info@cashmere-outlet.com or by phone. +37061607777.
When returning an item, please make sure to write down your name and order number so that we know whose parcel it is.
Returned goods must meet the following criteria:
- The goods have not been used (worn, worn out, etc.).
- The goods were not damaged.
- Each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging.
- The original labels (protective films, etc.) were not removed from the goods.
- The returned goods are complete and have retained their original appearance.
Refunds for faulty goods shall be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the actual return of the goods.
Refunds shall be made to the payer’s nominated bank account.
